for clothes is so that you will have more fashion sense. The second reason
is so you can go to a French-speaking shop in French-speaking countries.

7. Remember a dress is robe in French.
Royalty wear robes, but they also wear fancy dresses.
8. In French you say sweater by saying
pull. You have to pull it over your head to put it on.
9. In French you say ring by saying
anneau. Just think of... I want "a new" ring.
