- TIPS -

Tip #1:

The word boat in German is easy to remember. Just erase the 'a' and put another 'o'. It should look like the word boot in English. Remember to always wear boots when you are in a boat.

Tip#2:

For the word snowflake remember that "Schneeflocke" and snowflake both look almost the same. They both start with an "s" and have two syllables.

Tip#3:

The word moose is easy to remember because an elk is a kind of moose and elk looks like the word Elch in German.

Tip#4:

Harbor and Hafen look almost alike. They both have an "ha" at the beginning.

Tip#5:

To say fish in German, just add a 'c' in there and you get Fisch.

Tip#6:

State and Staat are almost the same, but you probably already guessed that.

Tip#7:

Lobster and hummer both end in an "er". When you are eating a lobster you hum, or you can just name the lobster hummer before you cook it.
